Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 or (broiler) or (grill) on medium-high heat. I choose to use the Oven at 375 degrees!
  2. Season your chops with the 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper and garlic powder just before cooking.
  3. In a nonstick pan or skillet heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil on medium-high heat until hot. Sear chops on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 4 minutes each side).
  4. Once your chops are golden on each side, transfer to a plate and set them aside.
  5. Time to make your sauce! But first, reduce heat to low. Add the 1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, maple syrup, water, and vinegar. Increase heat to medium and continue to cook until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes). Stirring occasionally.
  6. Transfer your sauce and cooked chops to a baking pan.
  7. Put in the oven and let bake for 10 minutes then take out flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Now your chops are done! Unless you'll like more color then I suggest to turn your broiler on and let bake for another 5 minutes (roughly 2.5 minutes each side, so flip em to give color).
