Instructions
  1. Chop - all the following ingredients; Green, Yellow, and Orange bell peppers. Set aside.
  2. Dice - all the following ingredients; Baby Tomatoes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Organic white mushroom, and Red Potatoes. Set aside.
  3. Mince - all the following ingredients; Onion & Garlic. Set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large pot; sauteed onion and garlic for 1 minute until tender, add chopped and diced ingredients.
  5. Stir in water, canned tomatoes, black and red beans including the liquid within the cans and all dry ingredients; salt, black pepper, chili hot seasoning mix, grounded cumin, thyme, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Covered for 40 as it comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered or uncovered, for the last 15 minutes.
  6. Stir and enjoy! Add cheese *Optional* then serves.
