- 2 whole Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper sauce to taste
- 3 teaspoons Distilled White Vinegar to taste

- You can use a knife or in this case, a potato peeler to peel both the cucumbers. Cut the ends off your cucumber, dice them in a circle and place it in a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt onto the cucumbers.
- Add 1/4 cups of distilled white vinegar onto the cucumbers.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pepper sauce onto the cucumbers.
- Mix very well in the bowl. If this is to your taste then Enjoy! I completed mine by adding 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper sauce, and 3 additional teaspoons of distilled white vinegar onto the cucumber and mixed which was perfect. Again all the above ingredients can be added or decrease depending on your taste buds.
